This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the Soulfly website at soulfly.app, join the waitlist or contact us. It covers this website only. The Soulfly app will have its own privacy policy when it launches.
Who we are
Soulfly is owned and operated by Golden Vortex L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 2528790.01) (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@soulfly.app.
What we collect
- Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the consent statement you agreed to and the date and time you agreed.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered securely and protected from abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels.
How we use it
- To send you news about Soulfly’s launch and early access, if you joined the waitlist.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We use your waitlist email only because you asked us to, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and waitlist storage.
- Google Workspace: our email, including messages sent to hello@soulfly.app.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on the safeguards they offer for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to tell you about Soulfly’s launch. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@soulfly.app. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The waitlist is intended for adults. If you’re under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, please contact us and we will delete their details.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and waitlist data is stored with access limited to authorised people at Golden Vortex L.L.C-FZ.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting waitlist members will be communicated by email.
